Lo Van Tuan, 29, was detained while transporting two dead tiger cubs in a car on the evening of March 21.


Tuan told the police that he bought two cubs from a strange man in Dien Chau District and was taking them to sell at VND18 million (USD783) to a customer who might use them to cook medicinal tiger glue or soaking in wine for drinks.

Police are further investigating the case.
