According to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorology Forecasting, localities in northeastern and northern central regions will have rains and strong winds with temperature forecasted to fall to 17-20 degrees centigrade. Meanwhile, the temperature for northern mountainous areas will be 14-17 degrees centigrade.

From tonight, February 21, the Gulf of Tokin and the northern part of the East Sea will also experience strong winds.

Hanoi will see cold weather in the morning and at night from tomorrow.

Hot weather has affected the northern region of Vietnam during the Tet holiday with the highest temperatures of up to 34 degrees centigrade.
