Three workers have died from suffocation when installing a gas pipeline for a company in the northern province of Thai Binh.

According to a report from Tien Hai District People's Committee, the serious labour accident occurred on Tuesday evening when the three workers were installing a gas system for Minh Hieu Trade Company.
"The workers are from Phuc Minh Sang Company which has a building and monitoring contract with Minh Hieu Company to carry out the project," the report said.
The three male workers, 29-year-old Le Xuan Tuan, 33-year-old Nguyen Xuan Reo, and 23-year-old Kieu Xuan Cuong started working on the project on Tuesday morning.
The company suddenly lost contact with them at 7pm the same day. A rescue team was immediately sent to the site and found them dead already.
Initial investigation said that the workers may have died from gas suffocation.
