Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh will attend the 4th Foreign Ministers’ Meeting on Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) and pay an official visit to Laos from December 16-19 at the invitation of Lao FM Saleumxay Kommasith.
During his stay in Laos, Deputy PM, FM Minh will also co-chair the 5th annual foreign ministerial consultation, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
