General director of the Golden Top Group, Nguyen Kim Thuy, is not only famous as a successful businesswoman but also well-known for her active role charitable and social activities, and her happy life.

In a recent interview with the Today Golf Newspaper, Nguyen Kim Thuy revealed that the success of her Golden Top Group has helped her do more for society.
"My Thai husband has a company named Golden Top in Thailand and so we decided to take that name for our company in Vietnam," Thuy shared.
The Golden Top Company Ltd, was established in 1995 in my hometown in Hai Phong City and focused on producing leather footwear for export.
After 20 years, Thuy as a chairman and CEO has developed the company into the Golden Top Group with five companies producing for well-known footwear brands including Timberland, Clarks, Camper, Prada, Ugg, Roockport, Luca, Seibel, Espirit, and Tommy.
The group also have factories from the north to the south and employs nearly 27,000 people.
Besides producing footwear products, Golden Top Group has now expanded into several tourism projects in Quang Ninh and Hai Phong.
The businesswoman is optimistic about the great opportunities brought by the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement.
"One of the biggest advantages of the agreement will be the chance for export," she said. "We have many important export markets there and the commitments will make it easier for us to export our products to foreign markets."
In addition to her fame as a talented businesswomen, Thuy has also been known for her active participation in many charitable activities including building houses for poor people and schools in remote areas, agent orange victims, and people in mountainous areas.

Despite her success in career, Thuy said that she usually finds comfort and happiness in her family with three children, her golf-playing hobby and her healthy living style.
"As a woman, I still consider being a wife and a mother my most important role," Thuy stressed. "I have a happy family where we can share everything in life. And as a Buddhist, I believe that going vegetarian does not only bring health but also means being virtuous and moral."
