A drunk Russian tourist left three injured in a traffic accident in the southern province of Binh Thuan.
The incident happened at 4:30 pm on October 14 in Phan Thiet City when Roman Sergeevich, 32, from Russia, crashed into three local women while driving a motorbike.

Two of the women suffered broken bones.
According to the local police, Sergeevich was speeding while under the influence of alcohol.
Local people said that it was common to see foreigners driving without a helmet in Mui Ne.
