The construction of two classrooms was started at a branch of Chieng Kheo Primary School in Buot Village, Chieng Kheo Commune, Mai Son District on July 1.

The 70 square-metre VND187 million (USD8,500) classrooms were funded by VND137 million is from For Children Foundation and VND30 million from two golf clubs in Hanoi.
Construction is scheduled to be finished before the upcoming new school year.
The school branch in Buot Village has five teachers and 90 pupils. The classrooms have deteriorated.
At the ground-breaking ceremony, Journalist Nguyen The Nam, deputy head of Dantri/DTiNews Board for Social Activities expressed his great sympathy to difficulties of the school teachers and pupils.

School head Vu Thi Bao Hoa conveyed her deep thanks to Dantri/DTiNews and donors.
Earlier, the newspaper also helped build classrooms at Chieng So Primary School in Song Ma District and Chieng Kheo Primary School in Mai Son District costing VND1.942 billion (USD863,636).
This is Dantri/DTiNews’ 20th classroom project.
