Minh Khai Street in Hai Ba Trung District is among these streets.  

Along the street is electric poles covered by electric wires. 

Le Manh Truong, 47, whose shops is on Minh Khai Street, said that he often uses sticks to lift the cables.

The street is being developed as part of the USD427.2 million Ring Road 2 project, with work that started in April this year with a total investment of VND9.4 trillion (USD427.27 million).
