According to the regulation signed by chairman of the municipal people’s committee Nguyen Duc Chung, all purely-commercial events or those that supposedly affect the site’s value will be banned.

The committee has also clearly stipulated the areas in the citadel to be used for events such as Doan Mon area, House 19C Hoang Dieu and 18 Hoang Dieu
