Two cars get tyre punctures in Xuan La Ward on April 27
They are cars at apartment blocks in Xuan La Ward.
A local resident said that he detected the problem with both cars of his family at around 8 am on April 27. One had four flat tyres, while the other had three. Then he was really shocked to recognise that other cars parked nearby had the same problem.
Several cars have big holes in their tyres which can’t be repaired but require the replacement of new tyres which would cost millions of VND.
Car owners are very upset at the vandalism.
Some cars in the area previously experienced punctures, but this was thought to be due to nails. But this time, taking advantage of the heavy rains at night, it seems people deliberately damaged nearly 40 cars.
The case has been reported to local police.
