Miss Mexico is held every two years and the winner will participate in the Miss World. Outstanding contestants may be chosen to participate in various beauty pageants. This year, the organisation board of Miss Mexico has sent official invitation to Duc Vincie to help prepare the costumes for the contestants.

According to Duc, while Miss Grand International 2017 was being held in Phu Quoc, the organisers of Miss Mexico already invited him to work with them and wanted their contestant, Yoana Gutierrez, to wear his costume. Duc was regarded highly during the collaboration.

"Samantha Leyva, Mexico's representative at Miss Supranational 2017 also wore my costume. After two collaborations, I was invited to Miss Mexico," Duc said.

Duc said he was invited for another role but refused to disclose more.

Duc was born in Dong Nai Province and has 10 years of experience in designing. He has worked with many celebrities such as Ky Duyen, Thanh Truc, Lan Khue and Cao Thai Ha. He also impressed the fashion industry with his 2017 Night Dream show.
