Local people in Nga An Commune in Thanh Hoa Province gather at the house where a woman and her two children were kill on December 28
Vice chairman of Nga Son District's Nga An Commune People's Committee, Pham Van Tuan, told Dtinews on the morning of December 28 that the incident occurred in his commune in which three people in the family were killed and one injured.
According to Tuan, the injured man made a phone call to a local official early Friday morning to say that he had killed his wife and two children and urged the police to come and seize him.
The man has been arrested while local police are further investigating the case.
