A 24-year-old electric engineer from Ba Dinh District in seat 29E and a 36-year-old civil servant from Dong Da District in 29D has argued and began the confrontation just before landing.

The flight crew informed Noi Bai International Airport of the case and the two men were fined VND7.5 million (USD341) each.
A 46-year old man in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong was also fined VND15 million (USD682) for beating another passenger who sat in his seat wrongly.
