On November 28, police in Mong Cai City checked papers of 52 Chinese guests including 46 men and six women at Kim Hoang Hotel in Tra Co Ward and found that they all had tourists visas.

However, the guests were installing 25 computer sets, 40 laptops and other internet devices. Further investigations showed that they were operating online trading through Chinese network Taobao.

The 52 tourists have been expelled on Tuesday after paying a fine for giving false information when applying for visas to Vietnam.
