Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc will lead a Vietnamese delegation to the 30th ASEAN Summit and related meetings in Manila, the Philippines from April 28-29.
The attendance is made at the invitation of Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
