President Tran Dai Quang will visit the Vatican on November 23 as guest of Pope Francis.

The President and his spouse will then travel to Madagascar to attend the 16 th Francophonie Summit on November 26-27 at the invitation of Madagascan President Hery Rajaonarimampianina.
