A couple in Ninh Binh Province are pleading for help to treat their two children who have suffered from cerebral palsy after their first two children died after birth.
Le Thi Ngat and Le Trong Cao are 25 years old and 22 years old respectively. But because of the illness, their muscles haven't developed, are bed-bound and can't control their bladder and bowels.

Ngat and Cao have cerebral palsy since they were small and have never learnt to speak.
Le Thi Ngan said, "I gave birth four times. The first two died soon after birth, so soon that I didn't even have time to name them. And our later two children both have this illness. We just want them to be healthy and can call us mum and dad, but we're not that lucky."
Ngan's husband, Le Trong Chinh, is a farm truck driver for hire and earns just tens of thousands of VND a day. Chinh said as long as he was able to see the children when he went home, he was happy. He said he was afraid that Ngat and Cao would leave them too.
Ngan has to stay home to care for her children
"If I have money, I'll build a new house for them. This place is hot and suffocating," he said.
Ngan tried to find work at a nearby factory but she had to quit after the children suffered a seizure and were admitted to hospital. She is forced to stay home to take care of the children.
Anh Vu Manh Thang, head of Hien Lam Village, said the neighbours sometimes gave them a little money for help.
