Trees in Hanoi have been uprooted as a result of heavy rains and high winds triggered by the first storm of the year during the early morning of July 28.
The storm affected many northern and northern central localities with wind speeds of 60-75km/h early this morning. The typhoon is expected to weaken into a depression packing winds of 40-60 km/h on the evening of July 28.
