The PM highly valued the talks between Vietnamese Minister of Public Security Tran Dai Quang and the Russian Minister, which is expected to promote the cooperation between the two ministries and contribute to enhancing the two nations’ cooperation in all areas.

Viet Nam will do its utmost to accelerate the two countries’ Strategic Partnership more effectively to bring benefits for their peoples, especially making efforts to launch prioritized projects in economics, trade, investment, oil and gas, science-technology, education and training and military technology, he affirmed.

The PM also asserted that the Vietnamese Government advocates cooperative activities between the two ministries in such areas as human resources, anti-terrorism and cyber security and safety.

Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev announced that the two ministries agreed on a number of cooperative activities during their earlier talks in Ha Noi, including the signing of a joint action program for 2016-2018, focusing on personnel training and professional exchanges.
