Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh will lead a delegation to attend the first Lancang-Mekong Cooperation leaders’ meeting and the Boao Forum for Asia in Hainan province, China from March 22-24, Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced.
Minh will be accompanied by leaders of several ministries, sectors and localities.
