NA opens 11th working session

The last working session of the 13th National Assembly opened in Hanoi on Monday.

The 11th working session is scheduled to last until April 15.

During the session, the Legislature will discuss and approve seven bills, including the revised laws on press, special consumption tax, and the new Law on Information Access.

The legislators will further assess the implementation of the socio-economic development tasks in 2015 and the whole term 2011-2016.

The State President, the Prime Minister is due to present reports on their performance over the past tenure.

Especially, candidates for the State President, the Prime Minister, and the NA Chairman will be approved by the Legislature at this working session.
