One Swedish tourist died and two Vietnamese near-drowned after swimming at Bai Sau Beach in Vung Tau City on March 14.

The tour group of six people arrived in Vung Tau City on March 14 and they all went to the beach on the same day.
People noticed that Sjogard Peter Larson, born in 1973, Nguyen Thi Ha, born in 1987 and Vu Cong Van, 1990, were drowning and rescued them. But Larson's heart stopped beating on the way to hospital. Ha is still weak and being treated at the Intensive Care Unit of Le Loi Hospital while Cong was released.
Doctor Vu Thi Phuong Nga said they had received many similar cases. "It's dangerous when people go straight to the sea without relaxing," she said.
The authorities are conducting an autopsy on Sjogard Peter Larson.
