A young man drove a car with his head blindfolded by a black bag on a Hanoi street on March 3.

The clip showed the man covered his entire head with a black bag and driving his Volkswagen convertible car along Hoang Quoc Viet and Nguyen Van Huyen streets on March 3.

Many people were seen following him to take photos and clips.

The man claimed on his Facebook account that he was a magician and the publicity stunt was actually a magic trick in which he wanted to show people that he could see things clearly through a black cloth.

In a short interview with DTiNews about the incident, an officer from the Hanoi Traffic Police Department said that there is currently no law to deal with people endangering the lives of others through reckless driving.
