The real estate group Vingroup on December 26 inaugurated its Vinmec Central Park International Hospital at the Vinhomes Central Park in Binh Thanh district, Ho Chi Minh City with a total investment of VND1.2 trillion (US$52.8 million).
Vinmec Central Park International Hospital is equipped with modern equipment
Vinmec Central Park is the third hospital in the Vinmec health system officially put into operation after the Vinmec International Hospitals in Hanoi and Phu Quoc.The 10-storey hospital covers nearly 39,000 square metres including 178 beds and 16 departments along with some specialised centres such as a heart centre, testing and diagnosis centre among others.
Director of Vinmec Central Park International Hospital Hoang Quoc Hoa said that the hospital will inherit JCI standards that Vinmec Times City - the first Vietnamese general hospital received for its international-standard quality in June 2015.
He noted that Vinmec Central Park will operate under standards recognised worldwide and is expected to become the second Vinmec general hospital to meet the JCI standards by 2017.
Vinmec Central Park Hospital will open new options for residents in Ho Chi Minh City and in neighbouring province to have access to international-standard health services.
