The churches in Hanoi have completed the decorations to welcome Christmas.
Hanoi Cathedral on Nha Chung Street has simple decorations representing the nativity and a Christmas tree inside. Children and a Santa Claus nearby are rehearsing for a performance on Christmas Eve.
The church at Tu Dinh Parish in Long Bien District was decorated with coloured flags and wreaths. Signs of Christmas can be seen at almost every churches in the city.
Cua Bac Church has been repainted and reindeer-shaped lights will brighten up the yard at night. Meanwhile Ham Long Church's gate has been decorated with white and red flowers.
