Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) Director Dang Dinh Quy, KAS Country Representative Rabea Brauer along with international scholars and Vietnamese experts in political sciences and international studies were among those in attendance.
The event is designed to create an open and scholarly forum for researchers and analysts in the field of international studies, political sciences, and history to compare notes on current disputes in the East Sea and devise solutions for the parties concerned to avoid any possible conflict.
Additionally, a number of discussions on “Reflections on China’s “Maritime Silk Road”, “Through the naval Lens”, “Tension in the East Sea”, “The ASEAN Standpoint”, “Regional Standpoint and Cooperation” and “ Current State of Affairs” will be planned.
