Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority has announced that it will adjust the routes of some flights to avoid areas of conflict.

Local airlines have been asked to stop flying plans over conflict areas in the Middle East.
The urgent decision was made following the crash of a Russian plane on October 31 in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, killing all 224 people on board.
According to the authority, The International Civil Aviation Organisation on October 10 sent warnings to civil planes flying over Flight Information Regions of Baghdad, Damascus and Tehran.
