Foreign Ministry Deputy Spokesperson Pham Thu Hang made the statement on October 1 while answering reporter queries on Vietnam’s response to an article written by a direct advisor to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen on the Rasmei Kampuchea Daily. 

The article contained several contents that twisted history and provoked territorial border-related issues.
