In their entries, contestants will share moments or memories associated with landscapes and historical sites across Vietnam.

The entries must focus on two points: the scenery or sites where the photos or video clips were captured, and the personal or group images of the contestants.

All citizens living and working in Vietnam regardless of their nationality can submit up to five photos or videos to the Organising Board via the email address: cuocthitoivadatnuoctoi@gmail.com, through the website www.hanoidep.vn or to the Hanoi Cultural Fund at No.77 Hang Bo, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.

The contest will run from September 15 to October 8, 2015 with an award ceremony scheduled for October 10. Contest winners will be presented with one special prize selected by the Organising Board, three first prizes, three second prizes, three third prizes and ten consolation prizes.

The contest is part of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945-2015) and the 61st anniversary of Hanoi's Liberation Day (October 10, 1954-2015).
