Other top 10 governments are China’s Hong Kong (4th), the United Arab Emirates (5th), New Zealand (6th) and Rwanda (7th).
The WEF evaluates the efficiency and competitiveness landscape of 144 governments across the globe based on criteria such as waste in government spending, regulation burdens and policymaking transparency.
