Fires are breaking out all over Hanoi, but these blazes are good, providing respite for street vendors and night workers as winter's cold begins to bite in the capital, with temperatures now settling below 10C.
The fires are a gathering point for night workers and especially for street vendors, many of whom have to live on the streets, unable to afford a roof over their heads.
