Prime Minister Dung arrives in the US

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and his entourage arrived in Washington D.C on September 26 (Vietnamese time) to attend the High-level Meetings of the 68 th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During his stay in the US, the Prime Minister is scheduled to meet with the US Secretary of Commerce, World Bank executives, US trade officials and representatives of the International Monetary Fund.

Earlier, the Vietnamese Government leader paid a working visit to France from September 24-26 at the invitation of French Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault, during which the two countries agreed to lift their relations to strategic partnership.
