A 16-year-old youth was swept away by a seven-metre-high storm waves while walking along Do Son beach outside Hai Phong City yesterday afternoon.
Three fishermen are also missing in the storm, named Mangkhut, according to the National Committee for Rescue and Research.
The teenager was reported to be visiting the beach to see the big waves created by the storm. His body was discovered this morning.

The storm has now weakened into a tropical low-pressure system with wind speeds of less than 39km per hour, said the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting.
