From 15th July to 30th July 2013, the first high – class apartment project developed by Syrena Vietnam Investment and Development JSC, a subsidiary of BIM Group, would step in handover phase for the first 26 customers. Commenced on November 2011, after 19 months of execution, the two building named as 17T1 and 17T2 have been completed, well over 4 months ahead of plan.

The project was a joint effort between Syrena Vietnam Investment and Development JSC and Vinaconex Xuan Mai. The fact that the project had successfully step into handover phase earlier than planned once again underlines the credibility and ability of the Investor towards customers who believed and choose Green Bay Apartment.
Tentatively, the handover phase will be divided into 4 stages from 15/7 till 30/9 this year. Stage I of handover process will start from 15th to 30th July applied for those own apartments from the 3rd to 5th floor (CT1) and from 4th to 6th floor (CT2). Stage II will start from 5th to 15th August applied for those own apartments from the 6th to 8th floor (CT1) and from 7th to 9th floor (CT2). Stage III will start from 16th to 30th August applied for those own apartments from the 9th to 11th floor (CT1) and from 10th to 12th floor (CT2). The last handover ceremony will be conducted from 1st to 30th September for all of the remaining apartments. The owner of each apartment will be provided with a full handover set containing documents, apartment key, resident’s handbook, utilities guide (Welcome guide); Voucher (if any).

The management in charge of Green Bay building will start handing over to the first customers from 15th July 2013.
