A serious quarry collapse happened in Thanh Hoa Province’s Dong Son District this morning (June 7), killing three people and injuring one.

The four victims are all men from Thanh Hoa Province, with the injured case are being given emergency treatment at Thanh Hoa General Hospital.
The victims are from Song Ma Limited Company, with three of them only recently employed without either contracts or labour insurance.
The provincial police are inspecting the case.
In April this year, the similar accident happened in Nghe An Province’s Yen Thanh District, causing serious injury to two people. In April 2011, a rockslide occurred in Nghe An Province, leading to 17 fatalities.
