Rare photos of Brigitte Bardot on display in HCM City

Nearly 30 exclusive documentary photographs of France’s famous actress Brigitte Bardot will be displayed in Ho Chi Minh City as from May 10.

Visitors to the “BB forver-Brigitte Bardot, the legend” exhibition will have the chance to learn more about Bardot, a symbol of the film industry and the women liberation movement in the 20th century.

Brigitte Bardot inspired many well-known artists in the 50s and the 70s and has become one of the most popular French actresses starring 48 films over the past 21 years.

She is also a woman with a record number of photographs taken in all times, beside Marilyn Monroe and Princess Diana.

Similar exhibitions were already held in some US cities, including New York, Chicago, Washington and Los Angeles.
