Car service to fetal duck egg stall

The Kim Thao fetal duck egg stall in Distrct 2, HCMC, which was opened in 2011, has an unique way of attracting customers. The stall co-owner will drive the customers to and from the stall by car.

The service itself is expensive but each egg is sold for just VND7,000 (USD0.34).

"The customers really like our service. And only a few people ask us to drive them multiple times so we don't really worry about the petrol prices. This is a way to make customers remember our food stall and our eggs." the co-owner said.

Thanks to the service, they sell around 1,500 eggs and make about VND10 million per day.

Leaders dance with their employees

Over 200 employees and leaders of MISA JSC of the northern region who is a software provider, have danced the "Misa style" dance at various locations to promote their company.

They hope to spread the company's image during the tough economic times.

Renaming dishes

A restaurant on Trieu Viet Vuong Street in Hanoi has surprised their customers by the names of the dishes on their menu, including "Pig run in the forest", "Golden dust and fiber" and "Animals in wild forest".

The owner said their usual cooked rice with lotus leaf was renamed "Vietnam's Soul" or "Home country's fragrance" has especially delighted customers.

Their salad, which consists mostly of scraped coconut, was also named "Snow White salad".

Flight attendant dresses up as "Lady Gaga" and "Marilyn Monroe"

VietJetAir advertisements have long been a source of surprise to their customers.

When they opened a new route between HCMC and Nha Trang, the flight attendants started to wear bikinis, danced and gave out gifts to the customers. Afterwards, they chose to ditch the bikinis for Maralyn Monroe and Lady Gaga costumes.

The customers were quite surprised to see a "Lady Gaga" dancing on the first opening flight from HCMC to Hai Phong.

The company hired model Ngoc Quyen to play the part of Marilyn Monroe, which helped them promote another new route from HCMC to Vinh City. This promotion also included Gangnam Style.

The the affair turned out to be a huge success and attracted numerous customers. On the opening flight, "Marilyn Monroe" appeared again with balloons, accompanied by a clown.
