Lan Khue to attend 2012 Miss Model of the World

Super Model Tran Ngoc Lan Khue will represent Vietnam at the 24th Miss Model of the World in Shenzhen (China) from November 14-December 12.

As a student from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, she will join more than 60 other contestants from many countries and territories in a wide range of activities in Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Huizhou, Guangzhou and Zhuhai.

She will wear dresses designed by Quynh Paris and Minh Tu and traditional ones by Ngo Nhat Huy.

Khue is 1m77 tall, weighs 52kg and has measurements of 86-60-89.

After attending the 2012 Vietnam Super Model she has been invited to some popular fashion shows by Elle, Beauty Runway Show, Fashion and Passion and has appeared in a number of popular magazines such as Ella, Golf, Fine Arts, Life Style and Beauty.

Earlier at the 2012 Asian Super Model Contest in Nanning (China) last September, Khue was placed third after two other beauties from the host, and the Republic of Korea.

This is the fourth time Vietnam had its representative at the contest. The first contestant was Thanh Ngoc in 2003.

In 2008 Pham Ngoc Ha entered the Top 5 of Best Bikini Wear event. One year later Nguyen Ngoc Lan Huong made it to the Top 5, won the Best Evening Gown award and was listed among the Top 10 contestants by the Chinese media.
