The first International Exhibition of Construction Technology 2012 (Vietconstech) opened on June 27 in Hanoi by the Ministry of Construction and will run until June 29.

In the opening ceremony, the Minister of Construction Trinh Dinh Dung said, “Science and technology play an important role in controlling construction quality. Vietconstech offers a chance for construction firms to introduce their products to investors.”
The exhibition attracted the participation of 80 leading enterprises in the field of civil engineering and industrial construction, waterway, road and aviation transport.
Some 27 foreign enterprises are also participating.
The event will also host workshops providing an overall picture of the Vietnamese construction technology industry.
