My Quyen, a respected DJ in Vietnam, also known as DJ Bo, died of acute pneumonia during a tour including Haiphong City.

My Quyen was said to have been prone to frequent severe coughs during the tour. She used sedatives for relaxation and to help her sleep. However, the medicines given to her did not address the problem, she later fell into a coma.
Quyen was pronounced dead on March 25.
With more than ten years in Vietnamese DJ world, she was one of the best-known in the country. She'd won a number of awards, such as a second place title in the Asia DJ Talent Search in Malaysia.
She was called a brilliant DJ, with a unique talent to connect and respond to the crowd to which she was playing.
The electronic music world in this country continues to grieve for both the young talent and her family.
The funeral ceremony will be held on March 27 at Xa Loi Pagoda in Ho Chi Minh City.
