PMH raises VND2.3 billion for poor people

Phu My Hung Corporation collected over VND2.3 billion at the seventh Lawrence S. Ting Charity Walk to support the poor in the lead up to Tet holiday.

Phu My Hung Corporation (PMH) collected over VND2.3 billion at the seventh Lawrence S. Ting Charity Walk last weekend to support the poor in the lead up to the Lunar New Year holiday, or Tet.

More than 13,500 people joined the two-kilometer-long annual walk around the Crescent area. The collected money will be later donated to charity funds to help the poor in the city enjoy Tet.

Since its inception in 2006, the walk has had a combined 97,000 people participating with a total of VND11.5 billion raised.
