The first meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National Assembly will take place in Hanoi today and tomorrow and is expected to focus on developing a project to improve the effectiveness of the National Assembly\'s operations.
Related to the project, the committee is scheduled to hear reports on logistics and information services for the National Assembly and for full-time deputies.
The committee is also expected to assess the results of the 13th National Assembly\'s opening session, discuss preparations for the next session, and comment on draft Laws on Archives, Complaints and Denunciations and Weights and Measures.
