This will be the theme of a creative workshop that the British Council will hold in HCM City and Hanoi on May 20 and 22, respectively.
The gatherings are designed for students in art and design courses. Organisers hope it will be a chance to learn more about University of the Arts London (UAL), which is one of the world’s most prominent universities for art, design, fashion, communications and performing arts.
Also, participants will have the opportunity to meet Colin Kerrigan, Deputy Director of the International Centre at UAL, to hear how they can pursue their dream and build their careers with the UAL.
After the events, promising students may get the chance to be interviewed by UAL representatives about study and scholarship opportunities.
UAL has produced some of the world’s finest artists and actors including recent Oscar winner Colin Firth, Pierce Brosnan, ad-agency founder Charles Saatchi and fashion designers Sir Paul Smith and John Galliano.
UAL has six distinct Colleges namely Camberwell College of Arts, Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, Chelsea College of Art and Design, London College of Communication, London College of Fashion, and Wimbledon College of Art.
UAL houses over 20,000 students from more than 100 countries studying a broad range of courses, including further education, undergraduate, post graduate and research degrees, across a spectrum of art and design disciplines.
