The event will be held from January 31 to February 6, on Mac Thi Buoi Street, which is near the flower street (Nguyen Hue), so that visitors can easily drop by while they enjoy the flowers.

The designated area will become a “book garden”, with no separate stalls, where books can be bought, borrowed and sold. There will also be a stage set up made to look like a large open book.

The theme of this particular festival is Dreams, which is meant to reflect the city’s aspirations for social and cultural development. The proximity to the nearby flower market is intended to create a unique space of poetic and aesthetic beauty to promote tourism in Ho Chi Minh City.

Participators in the event will include Fahasa Book Distribution Company, Truong Dai Phat Company, Saigon Media Company, along with the bookstores Cuu Duc, Nhan Van, Vinabook and Thanh Nghia and the HCM City General Sciences Library.
