The significant outcomes of the campaign on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example during the past four years are truly the theoretical and real foundations for the Party to further deploy the campaign, said Party leader Nong Duc Manh.

The General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam made the statement at a national congress on reviewing four-year deployment of the campaign, held on Sunday in Hanoi.
The Party chief also pointed out some key lessons for the whole political apparatus to speed up the campaign in the time to come.
Firstly, he stressed the need to create a high consensus in the political apparatus, people, and army on the significance and great influence of the campaign. Heads of State agencies will take a decisive role in forging their staff to engage in the campaign, stated General Secretary Manh.
Secondly, this is the long-term campaign for future generations, thus hastiness and subjectivism will not bring about expected results.
Moreover, hesitance and suspicion should be removed, Mr. Manh said.
Thirdly, the campaign should be compulsorily put into reality by all State agencies and socio-political organizations.
