An international tourism exhibition is being held to promote travel and business in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
The 6th International Tourism Exhibition (ITE HCMC 2010) will be held in Ho Chi Minh City beginning September 30.
Themed “Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam - Three countries, one destination", this year’s exhibition is considered the biggest trade event for the three countries.
The event is expected to attract more than 200 businesses from 16 countries as well as some 16,000 visitors.
This will be a good chance for tourism companies from the three countries to discuss access to the tourism market as well as promote their services and products.
According to the organizing board, besides direct meetings between tourism businesses and customers, there will also be a seminar on ASEAN investment and tourism, a golf friendship tournament, a tourism awards ceremony and more.
The exhibition is organized by Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in association with the Vietnam National Trade Fair & Advertising Company-VINEXAD and IIR Exhibition Company.
The exhibition will be open until October 2 at the Sai Gon Exhibition & Conference Center in Phu My Hung Urban Area, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
