People are anxiously awaiting the renovation of Bay Mau Lake, which has shown few signs of progress in months. The renovation project of the lake is to serve water draining purposes for Hanoi.
Bay Mau Lake, covering 22.3 hectares, is located in Thong Nhat Park, Hanoi. Renovating Bay Mau Lake is part of the plans for welcoming the 1,000 year anniversary of Hanoi.
Although the project is supposed to be completed next month, according to many local people, they have not seen equipments being used at the site in months.
