The projects play a key role in transportation. The hopes of linking Hanoi with the world and the northern provinces faces many difficulties, particularly with site clearance compensation.

All site compensation is supposed to be completed before the second quarter of 2013 and Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai requested that local authorities speed up the implementation of site clearance compensation to meet the deadline.

Regarding the construction project connecting Nhat Tan with Noi Bai Airport, Hai asked relevant bodies to finish site clearance before September 2010. Site clearance of the construction project of Noi Bai Passenger Terminal 2 must be done before the first quarter of 2010.

Nhat Tan Bridge is located at Belt number 2 and starts from Phu Thuong (West Lake) and ends at Nam Hong Road (Dong Anh). It has a 3.9 kilometer length and 8 lines. It will be the most modern and longest bridge in the country.

The road connects Nhat Tan Bridge with Noi Bai Airport. It starts at an interchanging point with Nam Hong and ends at Noi Bai Airport.

Noi Bai Passenger Terminal 2 will have 4 floors with a 90,000 square metre area and will be well-equipped. It will have high quality service and be easy to upgrade in the future as well as providing safety and security.
