Usually at this time of year, Mong ethnic villages in Moc Chau district, Son La province are covered in white plum and apricot flowers.
By far, only a few trees there have been in blossom, but the atmosphere of Spring festival pervates everywhere with Mong girls wearing colourful dresses and children playing games.
